Planning
First, we’ll meet with you to get an idea of what you’re hoping to create, ensuring that our plans and your vision align.
Preparation
Next, we’ll put together concepts and ideas, walking you through each decision as it needs to be made. We’ll advise you on the most suitable building materials, and show you how we’re planning to make the best use of space and light.
Paperwork
We’ll deal with your building consent requirements, helping you navigate the system and avoid unnecessary hold-ups. You concentrate on injecting your personality and lifestyle requirements into the design, and we’ll deal with the details.
Putting it all together
Once the design is finalised we’ll get to work, managing all the moving parts of the project through a single point of contact. We’ll make things as simple as possible for you while keeping you in the loop at all times. To save you time we’ll organise all materials and manage all sub-contractors – from plumbers and electricians to engineers and surveyors.
Perfection
Finally, we’ll unveil the finished product – and you can get to work enjoying it.
